Something not right in your room or house? Let us know and we'll get it sorted as quickly as possible.

Report it in PayProp

All repairs are logged through PayProp so you can track progress and message us in one place.

Open the PayProp app or log in through the link in your PayProp welcome email.
Go to Maintenance and choose Report an issue.
Tell us your room number, what's wrong and when it started, and add a photo if you can.

Emergencies

Smell gas? Leave the property and call the National Gas Emergency line on 0800 111 999, then let us know.
Fire, or danger to life? Call 999.
Major leak or no heating in winter: report it in PayProp straight away and mark it urgent.
