This policy explains how Derby Lettings uses the personal details you give us through this website.

What we collect

When you request a viewing or send an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, phone number, preferred move-in date and anything you write in your message.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to you, arrange viewings and, if you go ahead, to progress your application. We don't sell your details or use them for marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

Enquiry forms are delivered to us by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). If you apply for a tenancy, we'll explain which referencing and deposit protection services we use at that point.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to a tenancy are deleted within 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you at any time. Use the contact form and we'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
